Tasty Amino Acid goodness! Low cal, refreshing….boom!

  1. Soak the Gelatine leaves in cold water for 5 minutes
  2. Pour 150ml of water (cold) into a shaker then add the 2 scoops of BCAA Power Punch and shake well
  3. Add the Gelatine leaves and 150ml of boiling water to the shaker and shake well once again
  4. Pour into your favourite jelly mould or serving bowl and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours



– 150ml Cold water

– 2 scoops BCAA (13g)

– 3 Sheets of gelatine

– 150ml Boiling water

Carbs: 0.4g
Fats: 0g
Fiber: 0g
