Ingredients:

• 75g (roughly 2.5 scoops) of Whey protein powder (I used vanilla flavour)  – http://tidd.ly/ea317495
• ½ tsp. baking powder
• 1tsp Baking soda
• 60g of liquid egg whites (or 2 egg whites, or even 1 egg) – http://bit.ly/1mKO4Qx
• 150g fat free Greek yoghurt (or any other yoghurt)
• Pinch of sea salt

• 100g blueberries (fresh or frozen)

• Calories: 138kcal
• Protein: 11g
• Carbs: 18g
• Fats: 2g
• Fiber: 2g
