Bodybuilding Beef Kofte Kebabs Recipe

Todays recipe is a taste packed alternative for when you’re bored with that regular old thing that is mince beef! So lets begin!

Most ask “help make mince less bland” with these Arabic twists that are usually associated with a fattier meat such as lamb, the flavors in this recipe will satisfy any fast food cravings without making even a slight dent in your daily diet!
 
Ingredients
  • 200g extra lean steak mince – http://bit.ly/1ewmlh5
  • tsp fresh parsley
  • tsp fresh coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pickled gherkin
Steps
  1. Turn on your grill to get nice and hot!
  2. Take all ingredients except the mince and blend in a food processor
  3. Mix our spice concoction with the beef and get your hands in and mix well!
  4. Roll into 2 sausage shapes then place skewers through the length of the meat
  5. place under your grill and grill for 5 minutes each side until just browned on top
  6. Dig in! Tasted lovely in a pitta bread with some tzatsiki or homous (psss, there’s a peanut butter recipe on my channel!)
