Cheap High Calorie Shake Recipe – With Muscle Supermarket

 

My challenge for this recipe set by Muscle Supermarket was to create a high calorie type of weight gainer shake that wasn’t a bastard to drink! Chugging down a litre or chunky oat filled thick milk isn’t my idea of easy so I wanted to create the opposite for the smallest amount of cash!

The ingredients and macros are as follows:

– 300ml Whole Milk

Calories: 900kcal
Protein: 56g
Carbs: 79g
Fats: 40g
Fiber: 10g
