Crispy Healthy Parmesan Chicken Recipe


This recipe’s jam packed full of protein, virtually no carbs and quite low fats, easy on the macros but gives your tastebuds a treat!!
  • 1 chicken breast (roughly 160g) –
  • 10g grated parmesan
  • 40g greek yogurt
  • any dried herb
  • garlic granules
  • onion granules
  • salt
  • pepper
  1. Flatten the chicken breast out to an even thin consistency
  2. mix all other ingredients together
  3. brush on the mixture on both sides of the chicken breast
  4. place in preheated oven at 180c for 25-30mins and optional but tasty, turn the top grill on for a couple mins to crisp it up 😉
