Healthy Bodybuilding Coconut Chicken Curry Recipe

As fitness enthusiasts we all come to that point where finding a way to jazz up our protein sources gets boring and we don’t want to add a lot of calories to our meals to make them taste better! This solves both those problems and provides your body with a generous amount of MTC fats naturally found in coconut to give your body a wonderful boost of energy which isn’t coming from carbs for once! Its quick, tasty and friends and family will also be impressed with the flavours, so give it a try, you wont be disappointed!
  • 1 chicken breast, diced (roughly 170grams) –
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • roughly 2 tablespoons of spice mixture of choice (i used korma)
  • 150ml of coconut milk
  • 3 sweetener tabs


  1. Start by frying the onion an garlic until softened
  2. next add the chicken and cook until browned and just cooked
  3. add the spices and tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes until the aromas are realised
  4. add the last ingredients, the coconut milk and sweetener and bring to the boil
  5. eat up!!
