Healthy Chinese Chicken Chow Mein Recipe With Muscle Food

 

My buddy Steve Rolls from the band Missing Andy was craving a good old Chinese take away classic, chicken chow mein! So I set out on creating a healthy version, cause that’s what I do! This doesn’t dissapoint and was actually shocked how good it tasted after a few tweaks, I love it, and so will you so give it a try!!

 

Ingredients:
– 1 Chicken Breast – http://bit.ly/1obJVAG
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 thumb sized piece of ginger
– 2 spring onions
– 1 handful of stir fry veg
– 2tbsp soy sauce
– ½-1tsp five spice mix
– 1tsp tomato puree
– 1 portion of noodles

– optional tsp of honey
