Healthy Chinese Sweet and Sour Take Away Chicken Recipe

This recipe’s is so high in protein, virtually no fat and a moderate amount of carbs which also gives you 2, yes 2 of your 5 a day!! And above all that, its so incredibly tasty!
  • 1 chicken breast (roughly 160g) –
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tablespoon reduced sugar and salt ketchup
  • 1 heaped tsp dijon mustard
  • 150g chopped tin tomatos
  • 1tbspn hot sauce
  • 1tbspn worstesauce source
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 sweetener tabs
  • 100g pineapple (tinned or fresh)
  • salt
  1. Fry the chicken and onion until no longer pink
  2. add the rest of the ingredients, bring to the boil, then simmer for 10-15mins until the fruit and veg are soft and your favoured consistency is reached
