Ingredients:

 – 1 egg

– 70g natural yoghurt

– 1/2 tsp baking powder

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 2 tsp of my homemade sweetener

– 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

– 70g Coconut Flour

– 20g Coconut Oil

– 10g of my homemade sweetener

– 1 tsp Cinnamon

Calories: 71kcal

Protein: 3g

Carbs: 6g

Fats: 5g

Fiber: 3g

    What’s the macros for the whole recipe? Would be nice if you did a big single serving recipe also. I can’t just have one cinnamon roll 😀

      Lol then I’d get people telling me the carbs and fats are too high for their poverty macros 😛 for the macros, just multiply by 8 😀
