Healthy Low Calorie Frozen Yogurt Recipe

 

This recipe’s is so unbelievably low in calories, no fat and a moderate amount of protein and the carbs are almost all from the micronutrient dense fruits! It provides 2 of your five a day, its so refreshing and guaranteed to satisfy that sweet tooth too!
Ingredients
  • 160g frozen fruit (i used raspberries)
  • 50g of greek yoghurt (i used fruyo vanilla but i used total 0% in the morning)
  • 3tsp of trivia or any other sweetener
Steps
  1. Pour all ingredients together in a bowl
  2. pulse with your hand blender or food processor until well blended
  3. yep…that’s it!

per batch:
  • Calories: 81kcal
  • Protein: 7g
  • Carbs: 10g
  • Fats: 0g
  • Fiber: 5

    Stumbled onto your YouTube from LOA’s BodyPower UK footage. Loving all your recipes, thanks and keep them coming! This one is one of my favorites…just made the black bean brownies as well. Just wanted to point out the macros for carbs might be wrong. I used 160g of frozen pineapple and it was 23g of carbs.
