Look at these ingredients! Whats not to love, complex carbohydrates, good fats, and a big dose of protein, these pancakes are anabolic, healthy, tasty…you get the picture! So give them a try and have a guilt free pancake day!

Steps
  1. Blend up your eggs
  2. add the rest of the ingredients and blend up
  3. set your pan to a low/medium heat and spray liberally with 1 cal cooking spray
  4. add about 4-6 tablespoons of the batter (depending on your size of pan)
  5. fry for about 1-2mins on first side, flip, then fry for about 10 secs or until you can comfortably move it around in the pan
  6. repeat process for the remaining batter
