Healthy Rhubarb and Custard Crumble Recipe


This recipe’s is so high in protein, virtually no fat and a moderate amount of carbs! It provides 2 of your five a day and tastes like it should be extremely naughty!
  • 160g frozen rhubarb
  • 50g total fat free greek yoghurt
  • 25g or 1 scoop whey protein –
  • 3-5 teaspoons truvia
  • 30g granola


  1. Microwave the rhubarb for roughly 5 mins giving it a stir half way
  2. Mix in the yoghurt, whey and sweetener
  3. Top with granola
  4. Yep and you’re done!! That easy!
