Healthy Vegetarian “Lamb” Doner Kebab Recipe


Almost a taboo whilst dieting, the doner kebab, well this is not only nutritious its tasty as hell! Not to mention so quick and easy to prepare so give your taste buds a treat and your sanity a break from dieting and try this vegetarian Lamb doner kebab!
  • 150g quorn lamb style strips
  • 1 pitta bread (i used weight watchers white)
  • salad of choice
  • sauce of choice


  1. Fry the quorn strips for roughly 10mins on a medium heat till cooked through
  2. prepare your salad of choice whilst the quorn is frying
  3. toast your pitta and then fill to the brim with your quorn, salad and sauce of choice!
Macros per batch (quorn and pitta i used):
  • Calories: 255kcal
  • Protein: 26g
  • Carbs: 25g
  • Fats: 2g
  • Fiber: 12g
