½ Tsp Cumin

1 Heaped Tbsp Ketchup

1 Tsp Salt

¼ Tsp Pepper

 

Sauce:

1-2 Tbsp Oil

1 Onion

3 Garlic Cloves

2Tbsps Jamaican Curry Powder

Thumb Sized Ginger

1 Tsp Thyme

2 Stock Cubes in 250ml Water

1 Can Coconut Milk

1 Chilli Pepper

1 Can Chickpeas (Optional)

2 Potatoes (Optional)
