Mexican Style Cheesy Diet Turkey Burgers Recipe

 

A quick but ridiculously tasty protein packed recipe!

Short on time? Tired from work and cant be bothered to cook? This recipe literally takes a few minutes! It’s very high in protein, lowish in fat and goes well with any side or accompaniment you can throw at it! The flavours are LARGE! and the gooey cheese makes you feel a little bit naughty! So give them a try!
Ingredients
  • 150g turkey mince – http://bit.ly/1ewmlh5
  • 40g jalapenos
  • 40g low fat grated cheese (i used weight watchers)
  • cayenne pepper
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • black pepper
Steps
  1. Preheat your grill
  2. place all ingredients in a bowl and mix very well with your hands!
  3. shape into 2 balls and place on/under your grill
  4. cook for roughly 5-10 minutes until cheese is coming out and turkey is cooked through
