Oven Roasted Spicy Chickpeas Recipe

 

Great finger food and a nice snack to eat whilst watching something with the person you love!

Ingredients
  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained. roughly 240g
  • 1/2 tsp of the following:
  • ground coriander
  • ground cumin
  • salt
  • ground garlic powder
  • chilli powder
Steps
  1. drain your can of chickpeas, wash them and then pat them dry with a kitchen towel
  2. spray a baking tray with non stick cooking spray and evenly distribute the chickpeas
  3. place them into your preheated oven at 180c or 360-370f and roast them for 35-40mins shaking half way
  4. while cooking, put all the rest of the ingredients into a mixing bowl
  5. when chickpeas come out of the oven spray with cooking spray, put them into your bowl with spices and cover all chickpeas well with your seasonings
