Healthy Peanut Butter Bodybuilding Chicken Recipe


Soooooo many flavours going on with such a simple dish!

This is an extremely quick recipe that’s very high in protein, extremely low in carbs and quite low in fats! I dare you to try this recipe and not eat it every day, go on, I dare you!!
  1. Fry onion and chicken breast on a medium heat until just cooked
  2. While chicken an onion is cooking, mix up all other ingredients in a blender
  3. When chicken is just cooked, add your sauce into the hot pan and bring to a boil, simmering to desired consistency
