Protein Banoffee Pie Recipe

 

Familiar taste, amazing macros!

Ingredients
  • BASE:
  • 100G light digestive biscuits
  • 50g weight watchers butter
  • MIDDLE:
  • 250g greek yoghurt
  • 200g light cream cheese
  • 100g whey (i used banoffee) http://tidd.ly/ea317495
  • 100g banana (roughly one med)
  • 50ml almond milk
  • 4 gelatine leaves, soaked in water
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 banana
Steps
  1. crush digestives and add melted weight watchers butter to it (or real butter if you dont have it)
  2. bake base for 10 mins at 175c or 350f
  3. blend up all middle ingredients and pour onto cooked base
  4. leave to set in fridge for roughly 4 hours or until set
Macros per 1/4 whole cake:

  • Calories: 358kcal
  • Protein: 35g
  • Carbs: 35g
  • Fats: 9g
  • Fiber: 2g
