Protein Fluff Recipe
Volume, low carb, no fat, all of the proteeenz!
- 200g of any frozen fruit of your choice (i used strawberries)
- 60ml almond milk (or any other milk)
- 30g of whey protein (i used myprotein vanilla whey) – http://tidd.ly/ea317495
- using a hand blender, process all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
- switch to a whisk attatchment and whisk until its fluffed up to your liking!
