Protein Fluff Recipe


Volume, low carb, no fat, all of the proteeenz!

  • 200g of any frozen fruit of your choice (i used strawberries)
  • 60ml almond milk (or any other milk)
  • 30g of whey protein (i used myprotein vanilla whey)  –
  1. using a hand blender, process all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. switch to a whisk attatchment and whisk until its fluffed up to your liking!
Macros per batch using above ingredients:

  • Calories: 187kcal
  • Protein: 26g
  • Carbs: 14g
  • Fats: 3g
  • Fiber: 2g
