Who can turn down a classic English favourite that’s actually good for you!?

That sweet tooth giving you some bother? Look no further than this healthy twist on the English favourite dessert, Bread Pudding! Complete amino acid profiles from most of the ingredients included will help satiety levels and keep those protein levels elevated, bet you didnt think you could say that about a dessert ;)
  1. Toast the bread slices very lightly then break up into a microwavable bowl
  2. mix all other ingredients together in a blender or a shaker
  3. pour batter over bread peices and press and mix up
  4. optionally, leave to saturate for about 5 minutes
  5. microwave in blasts of 1:30 mins, maybe 2 or 3 blasts in total
  6. serve with cinnamon, and if allowed raisins or mixed fruit

  • Carbs: 41g
  • Fats: 3.5g
  • Fiber: 5g
