Protein Packed Rice Pudding Recipe



100g Basmati Rice

200ml Skimmed Milk

2 cinnamon sticks


100g Protein Powder – Europe:       USA:

150g Skimmed Milk



On lowest heat, cook rice and milk for 15mins

Blend the protein powder and milk together, add to the pan and heat through, eat there or place in the fridge
