Protein Packed Rice Pudding Recipe

 

Ingredients:

100g Basmati Rice

200ml Skimmed Milk

2 cinnamon sticks

150g Skimmed Milk

 

Instructions:

On lowest heat, cook rice and milk for 15mins

Blend the protein powder and milk together, add to the pan and heat through, eat there or place in the fridge
