Today is a very simple recipe that’ll kick start your morning and is very handy for those rushes out of the house and out to work!
The spinach provides you with 1-2 servings of veg, a nice amount of fibre and of course, a heap full of micro-nutrients that are very often overlooked!  11g of the omega 3 liquid I’ve used provides 3g of combined EPA/DHA which studies show to be the optimal amount! Plus a nice hit of cocoa in the morning will give your brain a good amount of endorphins to run on so you won’t be grumpy and snap at your loved ones and colleagues in the morning 😉
Ingredients needed
  • 3-6 cubes of frozen spinach
  • 11g omega 3 liquid
  • 50g whey protein (2 scoops) –
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp xanthan gum (optional)
  • 5g cocoa powder
  • roughly 500ml of water (or milk if your so privy)
Today’s are very straight forward and simple:
  1. Chuck Everything in the blender
  2. Blend
  3. Consume!
Per shake:
  • Calories: 345kcal
  • Protein: 44g
  • Carbs: 5g
  • Fats: 15g
  • Fibre: 5g
