Vanilla and Chocolate Strawberry Protein Parfait Recipe

 

This recipe’s is so high in protein, virtually no fat and a moderate amount of carbs! It provides 2 of your five a day, has seratonin boosting powerful chocolate and tastes like it should be extremely naughty!
Ingredients
  • 100g fat free greek yoghurt
  • 25g impact whey protein (i used vanilla) – http://tidd.ly/ea317495
  • 200g strawberries (or any other fruit)
  • 1 square of dark chocolate (optional)
Steps
  1. Mix the greek yoghurt and the protein together
  2. fold in the strawberries or chosen berries
  3. put half in a serving glass and shave half of the chocolate square if you’ve chosen to use it
  4. repeat step 3
  5. consume and smile!
