Vanilla and Coconut Protein Pancakes Recipe

Steps
  1. Set a pan onto a medium heat and spray with 1cal cooking spray
  2. add ingredients to a bowl and blend up
  3. add as much batter as you like depending on the size of pancakes you want
  4. fry for about 1-2mins on first side, flip, then fry for about 1 minor until you can comfortably move it around in the pan
  5. repeat process for the remaining batter
